For this project at Chestnut Avenue, KT19 Epsom, we carried out a complete renovation of the driveway, boundary wall, and entrance, ensuring durability, functionality, and modern aesthetics.
Scope of Work:
Driveway Construction (270 sqm Total Area)
- Removed the existing block-paved driveway and excavated down to the main road level
- Constructed a reinforced concrete base with a structured layering process
- Mesh reinforcement for added strength
- Gravel hardcore for stability
- Sharp sand & building sand for a smooth foundation
- Metal mesh reinforcement to prevent cracking
- Final concrete layer for a solid and durable base
- Applied a premium resin finish for a sleek, long-lasting surface
- Constructed beautiful round steps leading to the entrance for an elegant touch
- Built a spacious front porch, enhancing the overall curb appeal and functionality
Boundary Wall & Lighting (27m Length)
- Constructed a 27m-long boundary wall with 11 pillars for enhanced security and privacy
- Installed downlights on each pillar, creating a modern and stylish look while improving visibility
Gate & Metal Grill Installation
- Designed and installed a custom metal grill to complement the boundary wall
- Fitted a motorized electrical rolling gate for convenience, security, and a seamless entrance
Landscaping & Finishing Touches
- Created flower bedding along the driveway to enhance the aesthetic appeal and soften the hardscaping
